Company Introduction

Established in January 1993, GF Futures Co., Ltd. ("GF Futures") is one of the first professional Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) granted by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. With a registered capital up to RMB 1.9 billion, GF Futures is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GF Securities Co.,Ltd. Our head-quarter locates in Guangzhou and distributes services through branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dalian, Zhengzhou, Qingdao, Xi'an, Wuhan, Nanjing, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing, Dongguan, Shantou, Nanning, Kunming, Chengdu, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Wuxi, Jilin, Taizhou.GF Futures established a wholly-owned subsidiary GF Futures (Hong Kong) Co,. Ltd. ("GF Futures HK") in Hong Kong in March 2006. GF Financial Markets (UK) Ltd.("GFFM") was acquired from Natixis S.A. by GF Futures HK in 2013. GFFM is the first Chinese owned company to trade as a Ring dealing member of the London Metal Exchange and the first Chinese members of the London Stock Exchange Group, GFFM obtained the RQFII qualification in 2016. GF Commodities Co., Ltd.("GF Commodities"), wholly-owned by GF Futures, was established in April 2013.A network centering in the Pearl Delta Region and covering all major cities has been initially framed, and covering the global futures and derivatives markets through Hong Kong and London.

GF futures' business scope covers commodity futures brokerage service, financial futures brokerage service,investment consulting, asset management and fund sales. GF Futures HK And GFFM's business cover global commodity futures, Derivatives such as Index, Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate. GF Commodities' business scale includes warehouse services, basis trade, OTC derivatives business, market maker and other relevant risk management services.

Brokerage Business

As one of GF Futures' traditional services, futures brokerage targets at three directions including retail business, financial institutional business and commodity institutional business. At the prerequisite of standardized management and compliance operation, futures brokerage is committed to providing diversified, professional and personalized futures business and high quality customer service for various customers, including basic futures business, financial derivatives business and enterprise risk management business.

International Business

As the main services provider for international business, the International Business Dept. is in charge of providing experienced and professional services to QFII/RQFII clients to invest in China's futures market, to the oversea institutional clients to participate in China's internationalized futures, and to both the domestic and oversea institutional clients to execute cross-border business operations, for realizing the foal of "becoming the best China's futures brokerage to the world, and the most globalized futures brokerage within China”.

GF Futures HK and GFFM's business cover global commodity futures, Derivatives such as Index, Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate.

GF Futures HK provides access to most major exchanges including HKEX, LME, CBOT, CME, NYMEX, COMEX, ICE, TOCOM, and SGX's futures and options contracts, covering product lines such as metals, energy, and agricultural products.

GFFM is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and is a derivatives broker providing execution and clearing services across a wide range of international markets. GFFM has most major international exchanges and clearing houses including LME, LSE, ICE and other memberships.

Asset Management

GF Future Asset Management Dept. is a functional department specialized in asset management for customers, which subordinate to the investment research group, operation and maintenance group, market development and service group. The department characterized by quantitative investment for many years, has adhered to the business mode of independent management of products, forming three fist series products of quantitative CTA, Multi-Strategy and active future management, to meet the needs of different customers. Being one of the first batch of futures companies obtaining asset management qualification in November 2012, the asset management business continuously recognized by the market, awarded in the 9th, 10th and 11th China's Best Future Business Institution and Best Futures Analyst organized by Futures Daily and Securities Times (Best Asset Management Business Award and Annual Outstanding Future Asset Management Product Award ).
